This is an elite, 100% sales-focused role designed for senior professionals who can sit across from CEOs and HR Directors to influence boardroom decisions on workforce transformation. This role is not a service manager and focused on selling the vision of:
- Organizational agility
- Talent mobility
- Career transition/outplacement services, including career transition coaching, worklife support, assessment centers, management trainee programs and talent development
- Leadership, communication and sales training
- Sales and customer service training (to generate more revenue and increase client retention and satisfaction)
