κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Floor: Run daily shifts, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth store operations.
- Customer Excellence: Drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and mentor junior team members to do the same.
- Merchandising & Stock: Maintain high commercial standards, ensuring products are well-displayed and stock levels are optimized.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Handle cash management, store security, and health & safety procedures during your shifts.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the position of Duty Manager will possess:
- Active passion for sports (such as trekking, sailing, football, or others)
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and effectively respond to your team's needs
- Highly fluent in English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to resolving shopper inquiries, concerns, and complaints smoothly
- Driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills
εμπειρία
Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
