  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    As a Dutch VIP Retention & Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:

    • Proactively engaging with new and existing VIP players through outbound calls and personalized follow-ups, promoting exclusive bonuses, cashback offers, and tailored incentives
    • Supporting players throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience with no barriers to product usage
    • Re-engaging inactive or dormant accounts and implementing retention strategies to reduce player churn
    • Promoting the company’s betting and gaming portfolio, campaigns, and overall value proposition to high-value players
    • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Risk & Fraud, KYC, and VIP teams to align promotional activities and deliver a seamless VIP experience
    • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs set by management
    • Executing reactivation plans, retention initiatives, and targeted campaigns to maximize player engagement and lifetime value
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of player interactions, campaign performance, and retention metrics for internal reporting and analysis

  • προσόντα

    The ideal Dutch VIP Retention & Sales Specialist possess:

    • Native or fluent-level Dutch and strong communication skills in English
    • Proven sales experience (outbound, telesales, account management, or reactivation), regardless of industry
    • Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven, competitive attitude
    • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
    • Confidence in engaging high-value customers via phone and working with sales targets and KPIs
    • Solid PC literacy and experience with CRM systems

  • δεξιότητες

    • Strong communication skills
    • Target oriented and driven by achieving goals/objectives/selling points
    • Drive to reach targets and overachieve in a daily basis
    • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
    • Shift Work according to business needs

    Mandatory telesales experience.
