    As a Dutch Speaking Team Leader, your daily routine will include to:

    • Lead by example, actively contributing to your team's performance and professional growth.
    • Communicate effectively and regularly with your advisors to ensure a clear flow of information.
    • Monitor team performance and KPIs to ensure world-class service expectations are met.
    • Provide clear direction and coaching to maintain high team spirit and consistent results.
    • Act as the escalation point for complex cases to ensure quality and resolve issues promptly.
    • Conduct formal quarterly performance reviews to track progress and set development goals.
    • Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide feedback and discuss improvement areas.
    • Support and guide newcomers by conducting on-the-job training in Dutch.

    The qualifications for this Dutch Team Leader role are:

    • Native/near-native level in Dutch
    • Advanced English skills
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • PC literacy
