As a Data Scientist, you will advance simulation-based pricing models within a structured, data-driven project, using Python and AWS cloud-native tools. Your focus will be on modifying, enhancing, and customizing existing models for country-specific needs, refining model logic, scaling simulations, and supporting decision-making with strong data science fundamentals. Key responsibilities include:

• Adapting and fine-tuning simulation models to meet evolving pricing needs across European markets
• Working with large-scale structured datasets and optimizing data pipelines for scalability
• Building and deploying ML models using industry-standard tools
• Enhancing features for improved accuracy and regional customization
• Testing, validating, and evaluating model behavior to align with pricing strategies
• Collaborating with the Data Science Lead and pricing teams across Ireland, France, Spain, and other regions
• Documenting model assumptions, experiment logic, and sharing findings with technical and business stakeholders

To excel in the role of Data Scientist, you should possess:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with some exposure to MLOps
• Proficiency in Python and experience with simulation libraries such as SimPy, NumPy, SciPy, or AnyLogic
• Comfort working in AWS environments; hands-on experience with SageMaker is a plus
• Solid grasp of model performance evaluation, testing techniques, and scalability
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional and multicultural settings
• Self-organized and proactive
• Comfortable working remotely with structured guidance
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
