As a Customer Support & Back Office Agent your main responsibilities are:

• Manage and monitor customer orders, ensuring adherence to company pricing and commercial policies
• Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Production and Technical Support to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and quotations
• Handle documentation related to shipments, invoicing, and returns in line with company procedures
• Offer general administrative and secretarial support, maintaining accurate records and databases
• Support the scheduling and coordination of service teams and field technicians

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Support & Back Office Agent will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative position
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
