As a Construction Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on-site.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that works are executed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report on milestones to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all works comply with applicable codes, permits, safety regulations, and design requirements.
- Assist in cost tracking, material take-offs, and procurement coordination.
- Maintain accurate technical records and project documentation.
- Participate in quality control and site inspections throughout the construction phase.
προσόντα
For the Construction Engineer position, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building construction, ideally in residential or luxury housing projects.
- Familiarity with modern construction materials and methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project).
- Professional working knowledge of English (written & spoken)
