Your responsibilities as a Commercial Specialist will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients and assisting with product selection and trials
• Providing product information, technical specs, and usage guidelines
• Processing and tracking orders through the ERP system (Pylon)
• Managing incoming calls and emails from clients 
• Preparing and following up on quotations and sales proposals
• Handling incoming leads, identifying client needs, and suggesting appropriate products
• Supporting product listings and content management on the e-shop
• Participating in the planning of promotional activities and campaigns

The qualifications for this Commercial Specialist role include:

• Previous work experience in a commercial role (1–2 years)
• Familiarity with ERP software would be a plus
• Experience managing phone/email communications with B2B clients
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce systems or product management in online shops
• Good written and spoken English
