The Commercial Director will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company’s commercial strategy.
• Lead and oversee B2B, Key Accounts, and HoReCa sales teams.
• Expand distribution networks and strengthen market presence.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Define commercial policies (pricing strategy, sales targets, promotional activities).
• Monitor sales KPIs and evaluate team performance.
• Build and manage relationships with major clients and negotiate agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create integrated campaigns and promote products.

The Commercial Director must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage key client relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek retail and HoReCa market.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional command of English; a second language is a plus.
