As a Cloud & Infrastructure Systems Engineer you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the core ICT infrastructure that supports global technology solutions: 

• Install, upgrade, and maintain on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based systems to ensure they operate securely and efficiently
• Implement proactive measures and monitor performance to maintain maximum service availability and mitigate potential disruptions
• Function as the technical lead on infrastructure projects, delivering cost-effective and secure solutions tailored to organizational needs
• Take full ownership of incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting to prevent recurrence
• Manage critical security measures, including firewalls, encryption, backups, and antivirus protection, to safeguard all company data
• Research and support the adoption of emerging technologies while driving automation and optimization initiatives
• Manage infrastructure assets, configurations, and deployments, while maintaining accurate SOP documentation and knowledge bases

As a Cloud & Infrastructure Systems Engineer you need to have the following:

• 3+ years’ experience in systems and infrastructure administration
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
• Expertise in Windows domain server infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services, etc.)
• Solid experience with IaaS/PaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean)
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, PowerApps)
• Proficiency with Linux environments (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience with Service Desk platforms (Fresh Service, Jira, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Zabbix or equivalent)
• Experience with PBX systems (3CX, Asterisk) and open-source platforms (ownCloud, FreePBX)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English
