The selected individual for the Clinical Applications Specialist position will be expected to:

• provide training on the companies product range and their clinical application to customers, employees and partners so that the company's strategic, operational, customer and quality business objectives are met.
• provide technical expertise to develop and upskill employees in support function and monitoring, evaluating and enhancing service delivery systems and processes.
• gather information to determine customer requirements and training needs in the use of complex product solutions.
• work across the MEA-T region (Middle East, Africa, and Turkey).
• conduct technical training for customers and/or employees.
• partner with customer and other members of cross functional teams to develop specifications for customers’ optimal use of product.
• provide feature requirements for a product development or to create content of training material (presentations, brochures, manuals, videos, etc.)
• prepare customer communication and training material from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation to ensure material reflects current solution features.
• instruct customers and/or employees through various means both inside and outside of traditional classroom settings (online instructor training, video tutorials, manuals, etc.)
• follow up to determine customer adoption, usage of solution, and/or applicability of training material.
• provide and review customer analytics and adapt as necessary.
• provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
• work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• lead sub-functional teams or projects and train and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Applications Specialist position will be an experienced professional in the healthcare and clinical sector and should acquire: 

• bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field, such as Nursing or Physiotherapy.
• applied functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
• exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtainingresults.
• determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• fluency in Greek and English is required. Proficiency in Arabic, Romanian, or Turkish isconsidered an asset.
• candidates must be comfortable operating in a diverse environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in multiple countries. 

• minimum of 2 years of experience within the health care or clinical sector.
