As a BU Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Acts as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison with existing and new domestic and international partners in the fields of specialty pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and health supply chain solutions.
• Leads the commercial and promotional strategy of the Business Unit, sets goals, manages budgets, and evaluates performance across both domestic teams and international partners/distributors.
• Engages in Business Development initiatives, identifies new business opportunities, and develops new market channels in Greece and abroad.
• Overseas logistics operations and the Unit’s operational site, defines performance KPIs, evaluates personnel, and shapes long-term production and operations strategy.
• Participates in management board meetings, prepares detailed business reports, and contributes to corporate innovation projects with a focus on sustainable development.

The ideal candidate for the position of BU Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within pharmaceutical logistics, specialty medicine, medical services, and/or clinical research.
• University degree; a postgraduate qualification in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biomedical sciences, business administration, or engineering is preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities in managing large teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with modern professional communication standards.

• Relevant experience of at least five (5) years
