The BIM Designer will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate 2D construction drawings, schematics, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated and clash-free design.
• Perform spatial coordination checks and participate in design review meetings to resolve any conflicts.
• Ensure all designs and models comply with project requirements, industry best practices, and Greek building codes (KENAK).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's BIM standards and Revit families.

The ideal candidate for the BIM Designer position should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, with a strong portfolio of projects using BIM/Revit.
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and a solid understanding of BIM principles. Knowledge of AutoCAD is also required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire suppression) for various types of buildings.
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
