As a Back Office Support Assistant, your responsibilities include to:

• Enter and Update data in the internal database.
• Act as a liaison with the other departments within the company, as well as with suppliers, agencies, and clients.
• Provide back office support while using SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with basic help desk operations.
• Provide excellent customer service. 

The ideal candidate for the Back Office Support Assistant role has the following:

• Experience in a similar role or in high-volume customer service and administration
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable, preferably SAP.
• Exceptional Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) both in English & Greek.
• Excellent Organisational Skills and a problem-solving attitude.

• at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in high-volume customer service and ad
