κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Back Office Administrator, you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of new merchant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Act as the 2nd level point of contact for complex account issues, collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams to clear hurdles.
- Perform regular audits of POS and e-commerce account configurations to ensure they align with client contracts and internal standards.
- Execute the back-end setup for POS equipment and e-commerce gateways, ensuring all digital parameters are correctly mapped before a client goes live.
- Coordinate between Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to resolve discrepancies in merchant data or system settings.
- Identify recurring administrative issues and suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding workflow.

What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent computer literacy, specifically with CRM systems (like Salesforce or Zendesk), Excel, and database management.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) to document processes and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex data sets or documentation
- The ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently while meeting strict operational deadlines
εμπειρία
- Previous experience in help desk, customer service, or technical support is required
