The responsibilities of the B2B Sales Advisor are the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also developing new client contacts
- Having a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Creating sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Preparing proposal, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients
- Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments
- Working closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management
- Researching market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify sales opportunities
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the role of the B2B Sales Advisor should have the following:
- University degree in in Maritime Studies / Mechanical/Industrial engineering
- Capable of developing knowledge on safety products and their application in the market, industry developments and relative personal protective equipment legislation
- Proficiency level in office applications and internet use
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered an asset
- Ability to travel domestically and abroad
- English (written & spoken)
