Key responsibilities:

As an Assistant Accountant, you will:

• Collect, review, and process all commercial/trading invoices and supporting documents
• Record and post invoices and related documents into the ERP system (SoftOne mandatory)
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries for commercial transactions
• Support monthly reconciliations and reporting for the commercial accounts
• Ensure compliance with MyData submission requirements
• Assist senior accountants in maintaining orderly accounting records
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word for internal purposes

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a trading/import-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SoftOne mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of MyData and Greek tax/reporting compliance
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial/trading operations
