This Administrative Coordinator serves as a primary contact for the Clinical department and coordinates ongoing processes for the team, such as:

• Maintains distribution and personnel lists
• Coordinates mailings and courier/deliveries
• Manages department operations: filing, develops databases, tracks budgets, ensures stationary orders, etc.
• Coordinates functional processes such as invoicing and payments or preparation and distribution of material
• Manages the administrative aspects of relationships with outside vendors
• Participates in department project teams
• May provide training, guidance and orientation to new team members
• Independently responds to routine correspondence, determines best approach and presentation when preparing and formatting correspondence, memoranda, reports and presentations
• Determines administrative processes and approaches to completing assignments
• Ensures internal service standards are met when coordinating work across departments

To be considered for this Administrative Coordinator role, you need to have:

• University/college degree
• Excellent command of English and Greek
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Sharepoint)
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a strong plus
• Previous work experience in pharmaceutical companies will be considered a strong plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• at least 2 years of work experience in an admin role
