αρμοδιότητες

As Partner Development Manager, your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Leverages current partners under the assigned list, both System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors, to grow business
  • Identifies, engages, onboards, and qualifies new partners with new solutions 
  • Interacts with partners and key decision makers to identify new opportunities 
  • Engages partners and develops a trusted-advisor relationship to establish strategic alignment and drive growth
  • Develops, builds and tactically executes joint partner business plans that fully consider short- and long-term strategic goals
  • Meets performance expectations that are aligned with partner’s needs and capabilities in conjunction with cloud consumption
  • Orchestrates relationships between the partners technical, sales and marketing teams and Microsoft’s to achieve sales targets
  • Leverages the understanding of benefits of training, tailors training recommendations to partners on relevant topics, and describes financial benefits
  • Supports partner readiness by developing GTM marketing plans to generate customer sales
  • Drive business performance measured by revenue
  • Defines sales strategy with the partner, identifies, assesses, manages and influences TOP partner’s opportunities and accelerates success engagements
  • Proactively assembles and leads cross-functional internal teams

προσόντα

In order for your profile to match the Partner Development Manager you need to have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)
  • Master's in Business, Finance or Information Technology will be considered as an advantage
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms and their business models and how cloud ready/native applications and services are brought to market
  • Executive presence and ability to influence business leaders through business value propositions
  • Strong experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
  • Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Fluent Greek and English is required for this role
  • Azure Fundamentals, Modern Workplace Fundamentals, or Dynamics certification(s), or other related independent cloud certifications is a plus

  • Strong partner relationship management and new solutions development skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort

εμπειρία

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales in the technology industry
