As a Kids Club Manager, some of your duties will be:

  • Programming plans for all areas of the Kids Activities Department
  • Managing Coordinators, observing and evaluating various programs
  • Training team members through shadowing, orientation, direction and feedback
  • Coaching and counseling team members
  • Recruiting  and interviewing frontline team members
  • Ensuring program audits are completed and documented 
  • Serving external and internal customers in a caring, courteous and professional manner to promote Kids activities
  • Complying with all company safety rules
  • Using all required safety devices and personal protection equipment
  • Suggesting methods of preventing hazards to safety committee.


The requirements for the Kids Club Manager position are:

  • Bachelor degree in childcare, humanities or social science will be an asset
  • Very good command of English
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with visitors, team members and peers
  • Highly organised, with the ability and experience to plan, forecast and create staff rotas
  • Ability to develop initiatives to generate income and awareness of the Kids Activities
  • Experience of coordinating and facilitating events, such as birthday parties
  • Experience in facilitating events
  • Lead by example to inspire a high level of quality service.


  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Pedagogy approach and practices.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Team player.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.


  • 3+ years of supervisory and practical experience in a kinds areas or hospitality.
