The ideal candidate for the position of Key Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Identify growth drivers for the distributors through a development plan of the Channel
  • Directly interact with distributors and negotiate, prepare and present the yearly commercial scorecards and align on the implementation of the Country’s Sales Plan.
  • Communicating all information regarding the customer channel strategy and activities, providing insights to the distributors for the local development activities and support in problem solving
  • Conducting analysis on the channel performance in detail with the support of Trade Marketing team, designing and implementing solutions when needed (new initiatives, additional events, profit-mix, etc.)
  • Deliver the yearly presentation of the Commercial Guidelines to the distributors, prepared by Trade Marketing team


The ideal candidate for the role of the Key Account Manager should have the following:

  • University degree (commercial, economic, business studies)
  • Good knowledge of the FMCG market
  • Fluent English and Greek language
  • Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
