αρμοδιότητες

The responsibilities for the HR Manager position include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
  • Managing the payroll process
  • Supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues. 
  • Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans,
  • Translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
  • Designing and delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
  • Understanding and anticipating the need for change
  • Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning

προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position should have:

  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of the payroll process

δεξιότητες

  • Familiar with the full cycle of people management activities (employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll)
  • Problem solving and analytical capability
  • Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision – ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner.

εμπειρία

  • Minimum of five years prior experience in a similar role preferably in a large organization<
