As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible to:

  • provide exceptional customer service and collect required information from inbound customer calls and emails
  • inform and educate clients on the company’s products and services
  • resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
  • promote a customer-oriented image for the company by listening to customers, asking questions and providing alternatives aiming to facilitate their needs
  • perform miscellaneous job-related inquiries regarding products and orders
  • ensure continued customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate information
  • quickly navigate through CRM/ Excel systems and document call details while maintaining a conversation with the customers
  • maintain open communication channels with other departments

  • bachelor degree
  • proficient english speaker
  • literacy in computer skills 
  • knowledge of call center operation systems
  • experienced customer–oriented professional with the ability to utilize conflict resolution skills

  • problems solving and organizational skills
  • strong team player with the ability to multitasking


  • 1-3 years proven customer service experience
