As a Careline and CRM Assistant in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of effective communication with Customer Care Agents and close follow up of relevant KPIs
  • Support in the implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer retention initiatives
  • Support in the strategic development of multichannel consumers journeys
  • Management of relations with multiple agencies
  • Analysis of data for reporting purposes
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
  • Continuously evaluate Customer Care processes and propose enhancements


In order for your profile to match this Careline and CRM Assistant position you need to have the following: 

  • University Degree in BA/ Marketing/ similar field and Master’s in Marketing or MBA
  • IT Literacy (MS Office) with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive and constructive attitude
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners
  • Possess good communication and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proactive – taking initiatives and presenting solutions
  • Previous working experience on salesforce/marketing cloud platform is considered a plus
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages (spoken and written)


  • Good organizational skills, accountability and ownership, ability to drive projects
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Fast- learner, willing to adapt to a changing environment
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in parallel in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to prioritize tasks independently to meet deadlines


Previous experience or Internship in multinational companies/ FMCGs
