The Banking Business Analyst role entails a variety of responsibilities:

• Business analysis to identify requirements and client’s business processes 
• Analyze and specify the requirements, translate them to business needs and communicate them appropriately to the clients
• Work cross functionally and closely with business units and external vendors to identify, analyze, assess business needs
• Manage the testing process, be responsible for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Provide post production support after the release level
• Build client relationships in order to maximize client satisfaction from services and solutions

The successful Banking Business Analyst will have the following skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Management
• Experience working in cross-functional, multinational teams in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel abroad (50% approximately, post-CoVid) 
• Excellent English skills is a must
• Knowledge of  French, Spanish or German would be an asset
• PMI-PBA or CBAP certification is a plus

3+ years experience in business analysis or application consulting in Banking/Finance/Fintech

• University degree
