αρμοδιότητες

As a B2B Customer Service Specialist some of your main tasks will be to:

  • answer customers’ product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
  • support ordering process via Soft1
  • administrate payments and invoices
  • provide exceptional customer service support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • process daily sales orders
  • handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

προσόντα

If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a B2B Customer Service Specialist you should confirm that you fulfill the following requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a relevant position
  • AEI/TEI degree
  • very good knowledge of Soft1 system
  • excellent PC skills
  • great communication and customer service skills
  • excellent command of Greek and English
  • knowledge of German language will be considered an asset
