As an Administrative Assistantsome of your main tasks will be to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Handle the courier services
  • Develop and maintain the office's filing system
  • Order office supplies 
  • Manage the cleaning services and be responsible for the office’s condition
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Cooperation with the external accountant regarding the invoices
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for internal and external clients

προσόντα

In order to be considered for this Administrative Assistant role the requirements are:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Excellent Computer skills
