The Logistics Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• Communication and coordination with the clients abroad
• Supervision of product distribution in retail channels, super market, and manufacturers
• Ensure that all the local sales order operations are performed in a timely manner, following quality, safety, and costs standards
• Implement, drive and sustain the end to end key processes Order to cash, Forecast to plan, and Procure to pay in order to meet the company's short-term and long-term supply chain management requirements
• Continuously improve the customer satisfaction by balancing supply requirements and available capacities
• Manage local allocations plan
• Understand flows to ensure transport quality with costs optimization
• Understand flows to ensure implementation of the defined claim management process

The Logistics Supervisor must possess the following:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position
• A BSc/MSc degree in economics/ supply chain/ logistics will be considered a plus
• Excellent English, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of German is a plus, not necessary
• Excellent command of ERP systems and MS office

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant position
