We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to: 

• Make Reservations
• Provide Customer Service
• Sell Additional Services and Upgrades
• Sorting out any problems that could arise with reservations or bookings.
• Give directions and advice customers 
• Maintain Records
• Update information in the system
• Email / Online communication with guests
• Update TO Channels
• Credit check for CL and walk in clients

As a Reservation Agent you are required to have the following:

• Over 3 years of working experience in 4* or 5* resorts as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of more languages will be an asset
• Ability to be proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Hospitality Management degree
