We are looking for a person who will take over the below responsibilities for the position of Hotel Receptionist:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel reception desk
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive and distribute daily email
• Follow safety procedures and controlling access 
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory 
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

The ideal hotel Receptionist will have the following requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in english, an additional language will be considered as a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Hospitality Management degree is considered a plus

• minimum 2 years in a similar role in front office
