You will be in charge of the following responsibilities as a Captain:

• Lead our service team with confidence and charisma.
• Coordinate with management to set and maintain service standards.
• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience.
• Manage reservations efficiently, optimizing table turnover.
• Liaise between the kitchen and the dining room for smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Mentor and train team members to uphold our service standards.

The person we are looking for the Captain position will need to have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience as a Captain or similar role at least 2 years
