κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As Ticketing agent you will have the below responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of ticketing and reservations for corporate clients.
- Book, and issue tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Secure the best rates and availability for our clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, airline regulations, and travel policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Assist clients with changes or cancellations to their travel plans, ensuring minimal disruptions and providing suitable alternatives.
- Process payments, invoices, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain client profiles and travel records to facilitate seamless travel arrangements in the future.
προσόντα
Before applying, make you sure you have the below qualifications for the position of ticketing agent:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of an extra language would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge and handling of GDS Sabre or Farelogic
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- ΙΑΤΑ Degree or Hospitality studies will be considered as a plus

2 years of experience in the same role.
