As Territory Sales Manager your responsibilities will be the following:

• Responsible for increasing the partners skills, knowledge & certifications across all Microsoft cloud solution areas (Modern Work, Azure, Business Apps) in GR/CY/MT, focusing on partners with no Partner Development Manager assigned
• Delivering partner trainings on sales tools, sales, marketing & practice development resources, funding & GTM programs, customer targeting approaches.
• Running partner webinars to promote the value of certifications, available training programs and financial incentives for getting certified
• Target setting and progress review on partner certifications attainment and trainings attendances
• Promoting webinars towards all partner base of GR/CY/MT and driving partners’ participation in regional sales & technical training programs
• Driving the growth of Surface laptop channel business across the sub-region, collaborating with internal sales teams, as well as the authorized distributor & resellers.
• Managing overall Surface forecast and pipeline, driving partner sales & marketing activities, account planning, partner enablement
• Having regular review calls with key Surface resellers to track progress and define next steps
• Participating in Quarter Business Reviews covering Surface and Skilling subjects

The right candidate will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)
• Experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing – preferred in the technology industry
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and share information with enthusiasm and conviction
• Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
• Ability to understand technical business topics, build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners
• Fluent greek and english is required for this role
• Advanced IT literacy

• Strong partner relationship management and new solutions development skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort

• At least 3 years of experience in sales in the technology industry
