The Technical Support Engineer is responsible to:

• Technical support for lubricants in the territory of Greece and of export countries

• Ensure and enhance the technical profile towards all segments’ customers by providing technical solutions

• Provide lubrication solutions and reduction of maintenance cost tools (TCO), using all available tools of the Company

• Promote Oil analysis (ANAC tool) as part of the global service of the Company

• Animate trainings and seminars both to end customers, dealers and within the internal Company, in respect to commercial and product strategy

• Strong cooperation with both automotive and industrial and with marketing team

• Perform field visits and fleet trials follow up, ‘hands-on’ work, both in Greece and in Exports countries

• Support sales activities with in-depth technical support, both in the back office and on the field, handle technical complaints

• Communicate all technical info or evolution sent by HQ adapted to the local market

The Technical Support Engineer should have:

• University degree in Engineering
• Professional level of MS office
• Very good command of the English language
• Ability to travel (Driver’s license type B required)

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Reactivity and training skills
• Analytical and Organizational skills

• At least 5 years experience in a technical posi
