  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    The Supply Chain Officer is responsible to:

    • Collaborates with customers, credit control and the warehouse to ensure high standards of service levels are met
    • Back-up responsibility for Order Entry when circumstances require it
    • Handles and resolves customer complaints
    • Maintains customer reservations, material determination/substitution in SAP system and monitors workflows
    • Organizes the process of packaging/work-over order for the assigned products for embedded and/or external subcontractors
    • Ensures high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery preparation standards and fulfillment of specific customer needs
    • Ensure that Customers’ orders are fulfilled so that Sales and Service level targets (IF and OT) are reached

  • προσόντα

    The Supply Chain Officer should have:

    • Degree in relevant field
    • Very good command of the Greek and English language
    • Knowledge in the Italian language will be considered as an asset
    • Very good use of MS office
    • Knowledge of SAP(SD- WM module)

    • .1-2 years in similar position (preferably in FMCG sector)
