As a Subsidiaries Controller you will:

• Participate in the Group’s quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting under IFRS.
• Participate in the monthly accounting closing process for the Parent company and its subsidiaries.
• Work closely with subsidiaries’ accounting departments to ensure efficient and timely monthly and quarterly closes and to maintain compliance with financial reporting requirements.
• Oversees of Group tax compliance for both direct and indirect tax.
• Collaborate with external auditors of subsidiaries to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

As the ideal candidate for the Subsidiaries Controller position, you need to have:

• Bsc in Accounting or Finance. MSc in relevant fields is desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP (FI-CO).
• Excellent computer skills and advanced skills in Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to travel.
•  3+ years of related experience in similar role.
