As a Solution Architect, your primary objective is to work closely with the client, product management and software development team and be able to demonstrate your high level of business knowledge, technical knowledge and communication skills. Your duties will be the following:

• Transform business requirements into technology solutions delivered on top of Optasia’s in-house platform
• Interact with clients’ various stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
• Producetechnical artifactssuch as use cases,flow diagrams, requirements and solution documents for client teams
• Collaborateclosely with multipleinternal stakeholders,such as engineering, quality assurance, product management,business and operations, to deliver new solutions.
• Evaluate and prototype APIs for third-party integrations
• Contribute inevolving Optasia’s in-house platform by identifying needsandopportunities for new features
• Provide technical consultancy tothe sales team, including giving demonstrations and assisting on RFP responses

As a Solution Architect, you need to have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a directly related role such as solutions architect or business analyst
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
• Prior hands-on software development experience (preferably backend development, databases and integration with third-party services)
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in multiple time zones
• Hands-on knowledge of web services, SQL and networking
• Familiarity with telecom Online Charging Systems and/or banking systems is a great plus
• Experience in product-oriented projects and release management processes
• Experience in software development processes and issue tracking systems
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience in working with secure code development guidelines and coding practices (i.e. OWASP, NIST)
