As a Software Development Lead, you will design, develop, deploy and support software solutions along with your team. Your main responsibilities are:

• End-to-end management of multiple complex system development projects, from design to operation
• Design and develop end-to-end sophisticated technological systems
• Manage a team of software engineers and improve the team’s performance
• Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration
• Assume responsibility for resource allocation and department capacity planning
• Collaborate with external partners, review deliverables and estimations from a technical perspective
• Contribute to the formulation of the department's strategy and actively pursuit related objectives
• Take responsibility for making key technical decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives

In order for you profile to match this Software Development Lead position, you need to have the following:

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Development Lead or similar position
• Degree in computer science or relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET 5, .NET 6, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Experience with Angular or other JavaScript frameworks (eg React)
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Familiarity with test automation tools and test scenario management
• Experience with PHP will be considered a plus

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Greek and English.

• Analytical thinking

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Development Lead or similar position
