    The responsibilities of the Senior Procurement Specialist include:

    • Releasing a competitive bid process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and evaluating responses.
    • Negotiating contracts to tight deadlines, minimizing business risk and maximizing commercial benefit for the company through scale and relationships
    • Enhancing market knowledge on suppliers, economic impacts and trends as it will be critical to support the organization and creating an effective strategy to support the Greek business in corporate purchases
    • Verify Purchase request quality and compliance towards completion, correct categorization and buying channel, match with valid attached quotation
    • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
    • Liaise with the asset manager and core finance team to manage inventory operations and track inbound delivery of procurement

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for the Senior Procurement Specialist position should have:

    • University Degree preferably in the fields of Business Administration or a related field 
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office and familiarization with ERP systems
    • Ability to work with numbers and produce detailed reports
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Excellent negotiation and decision making skills
