The Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for agricultural products, such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc
• Responsible for the management of agricultural stores:  overviewing the sales and smooth operation, and shaping the commercial policy 
• Train and manage sales teams to ensure they have knowledge of the latest technology and practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperatives, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Identify potential new customers and market opportunities
• Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the agricultural sector
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in the agricultural products being sold
• Traveling required

The Sales Manager must possess the following:

• A BSc degree in Agriculture is mandatory, an MSc in any relevant sector will be considered a plus
• 5+ years of experience in sales and 2+ years as a supervisor/manager
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Excellent MS Office skills and PC literate
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM will be considered a plus
• Traveling required
