As a Sales Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for ensuring that commercial targets are agreed and achieved. These will include but not limited to, market share, growth, income, margin
• Develop marketing materials, processes and tools to support sales
• Interfacing with paint suppliers, governmental institutions, and other stakeholders
• Cooperating with shipping stakeholders for funding of development projects
• Implement new technology in the field in close cooperation with external clients
• Marketing, preparing for and documenting pilot tests
• Hiring and developing a sales network if required
• Planning and budgeting for defined areas 

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree in business administration, shipping or reated field
• Knowledge of financial and budgetary planning
• Knowledge to the Shipping Business (Legal, Finance, Insurance, Chartering, Technical, Business)
• Knowledge of the shipping Market 
• Proficiency in the English Language

• At least 5 years in commercial positions within the marine industry
