As an RnD Analytical Laboratory Supervisor in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• To supervise the operation of the R&D analytical development department, ensuring processes and procedures are strictly followed.
• To plan and monitor suitable analytical method development activities.
• To set up science-driven and phase appropriate analytical strategies to support product development projects.
• To participate effectively in the internal transfer process of analytical methods to the Quality Control laboratory for the execution of validation activities.
• To assist in review, interpretation, and reporting of complex and routine test results. 
• To induct, train, monitor and support staff in own area to carry out their duties effectively.
• To monitor analytical instrument park and ensure it is properly serviced and in required state of compliance.

The position of RnD Analytical Laboratory Supervisor is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.
• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis or related scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in analytical method development and method validation (chromatographic and spectroscopic analytical techniques).
• Experience in mass spectrometric analytical techniques will be considered as an important candidate asset.
• High lingual proficiency in English.
• High computer proficiency; experience operating with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to work with cross-functional teams.
