As a regional finance manager your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver accurate and timely Financial Statements
• Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare EMEA financial data for review with CFO and EMEA GM
• Line Management of the EMEA Management Accountant, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit control Team
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Prepare EMEA monthly VAT return
• External Audit Liaison and production of the Statutory accounts, tax filing in UK, Germany and Greece
• Creation of timely and accurate commercial reports
• Assist in budget and forecast process in EMEA

As the ideal candidate for the regional finance manager position, you should possess:

• Reputable University Degree in a relevant subject – Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business etc
• Internationally recognized Accounting Qualification – ACCA, ACA, AAT, CIMA in the UK or CPA in Greece or Germany
• Languages – English required, Greek not essential but preferred
• Strong MS Office Skills – Excel to include pivot tables, formulae, logic
• Previous People Management around 10 FTE
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a previous or similar role as a Regional Finance Manager 
• Working experience in international group
• Exceptional Organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Hands on and gets into the detail
• Accuracy and ability to quickly understand the business
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all level
• Evidence of working autonomously without constant supervision and direction.

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a previous or similar role
