As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

• end to end recruitment process (creating job posts, researching, screening & assessing candidates)
• collaborating with operations to identify future hiring needs
• planning and implementing short and long-term sourcing strategies 
• coordinating pipeline recruitment
• providing shortlists and evaluations to hiring managers
• sending job offer emails & answer queries about compensation and benefits
• background and reference checks 
• acting as a consultant to new hires & help their onboarding

The ideal candidate for this Recruiter role should have:

• bachelor's/college degree
• strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques and experience in online/social media recruiting

• strong work ethic
• sense of integrity

• proven working experience of minimum one (year) in Recruitment (High-volume recruitment expe
