The selected individual for the Quality Control Manager position will undertake the leadership of the QC team (routine operations) and be responsible for the management of the laboratory. She/ he will undertake:

• The participation in setting up the Quality Control department ,compiling of QC SOPs, selection of QC equipment
• The management of QC SOPs ensuring GXP compliance implementation, maintenance
• The leadership of QC team Training
• The IQ/OQ / PQ and Calibration of Laboratory equipment
• The EU Release of finished products to market / Bulk/ Raw materials / packaging materials
• The Monitoring of monthly retest/stability programs
• The Issuance of specifications / C. of Analysis (raw materials / Packaging materials/ Finished products)

The ideal candidate for the Quality Control Manager position will be an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector with the desire to grow in a dynamic organization and must have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or similar)
• A highly organized mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lead small teams
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Laboratory's equipment, software and GMP processes

7+ years' relevant work experience and ideally 2+ in a leadership role in QC
