As Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Implement the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee and manage the quality control department, ensuring that all employees are adequately trained and equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
• Conduct statistical analysis of quality and technical data and report to the plant directors to ensure the quality standards of the production.
• Contribute to the implementation of process control in cooperation with the plant directors.
• Initiate and update the procedures and instruction manuals that are relevant to QMS.
• Revise and approve supplier’s certifications.
• Oversee quality control procedures during supply delivery and report on problematic supplies and raw materials.
• Revise and maintain the physical data of quality control.
• Issue and sign quality certifications.
• Prepare production tests in cooperation with the Laboratory teams.

As Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager , you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must (Polytechnics, member of The Technical Chamber of
• Greece), preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical or Chemical.
• 3-5 years professional experience in a similar position as a Quality Management Engineer, Supervisor, or Manager in an Industrial environment.
• Extensive experience in Laboratory Testing and QMS.
• Experience at TPM, Lean manufacturing or other best manufacturing practices.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, ability to function efficiently and under pressure within a demanding environment.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and different mentalities, hands-on work ethic and drive for
• results.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Professional knowledge of English language.
