As QA Automation Leader, you will manage an outstanding team of test engineers. The QA Automation Leader will work closely with the Test Analysis Leader to oversee and execute test projects. The role is responsible for developing test plans for all the test projects the department undertakes and executes, for the creation and maintenance of test automation suites and projects. The QA Automation Leader is also responsible for gathering all the data needed for QA KPI’s reporting. Specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Providing high level and detailed estimates
• Collaboration on the production of test plans
• Management of resource assignment and availability
• Design new Ranorex projects and provide guidelines to the team
• Implement state of the art practices in automated test suites in combination with new features/technologies Ranorex introduces through time
• Develop and maintain automated test suites
• C# coding through Ranorex
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of test outcomes to enable department KPIs
• Induct and train new Test Engineers

In order for your profile to match the QA Automation Leader position, you need to have the following skills:

• 2+ years of working experience in Software Testing
• Degree in Computer Science or other IT related field
• Hands on experience in process, procedure design and documentation
• Highly competent with Ranorex and C#

• Fluency in Greek/English verbal and writing
• Proven people management skills
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of software
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture
• A meticulous & methodical approach to work

2+ years of working experience in Software Testing
