As a Project Manager your main responsibilities are:

• Analyze the project to determine the phases and work activities (WBS) and balance the technical requirements and business needs according to project management tools and procedures of project
• Determine (plan for) significant irregularities and variances and suggest corrective action
• Obtain engineering project specifications and requirements and develop and document technical details together with our engineering team- share information and technical requirements to all project team members
• Suggest to the Procurement the works to be subcontracted and follow up on work packages for Subcontractors - check on quality control according to the design specifications, the detailed catalogue, as well as quality standards
• Check and approve work summary tables and materials (bill of quantities), according to contract and tender documents in collaboration with Procurement
• Prepare and implement all necessary meetings, obtaining approvals related to the project from clients.
• Deliver the project timeplan and provide regular information to the client about the progress of the project and delivery of samples
• Work with cross functional project team to prepare design reviews, facilitate the design review and review recommendation
• Coordinate and support project team members with tasks assigned to them to ensure project objectives and timelines are met in order to guide and direct resolution of project difficulties and complex control problems
• Proactively monitor and maintain positive and effective customer relations, act as primary customer contact in collaboration with Head of Project Management
• Follow up on contract and VTCs ensuring the implementation of the customer's obligations arising from the contract and the project schedule (customer work, supply of customer materials, approval of construction plans, etc.) are approved before execution
• Monitor and report project statuses daily-Update standardized project management processes and procedures, which are consistent with processes and procedures
• Gather inputs and update standard management reports to relevant stakeholders or project team members weekly
• Ensure cost control processes to report on revenue estimates, expenditures and cost commitments accurately (Budget management) and feed the ERP system 
• Follow up on packaging, marking and complete shipment of end product constructions, hardware and tools at the construction site along with the logistics of allocated personnel
• Audit on the spot during site construction regarding progress and problems that may come up
• Successfully deliver project to the client (Snag List / touch up / closing final Invoice etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the engineering field (Preferably Architect / Civil Engineer /Naval Architect)
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction Project Management in the field of interior renovation/restoration (hotels, houses,shops) not structural constructions or infrastructure projects
• PMP qualification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and writing communication ability in English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Entersoft)
• Ability to interpret technical designs in 2D Autocad
