The responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include:

• Support production planning (coordinate raw material purchases)
• Cost monitoring: Monitor inflation/prices and calculate estimated possible financial impact at supplier level
• Selection process, contractual terms, periodic evaluation, PO execution and monitoring
• Document, update and communicate internal processes for the cycles of Supply chain, Procurement and Production
• Support in headquarters facilities management
• Business tools management: car fleet, fuel, tolls, cost monitoring per employee. Manage delivery/receipt for newcomers & leavers

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Specialist position should have:

• Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent 
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI and logistics management tools

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results under several deadlines
• Service and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination
• Organizational and communication skills

3-5 years of procurement experience. ( FMCG background is a plus)
