As a Personal Assistant to the CEOyou will have to:
- manage the schedule and communications
- coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- produce reports and presentations for meetings and often take minutes
- manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities
- occasionally participate in business travels to provide general assistance
- perform administrative and office support (e.g. maintain filing system and contact database)
- screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- deal with incoming emails, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
- handle requests and queries appropriately
- organize events
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role should have:
- university/college degree
- excellent command verbal and written in the Englishlanguage
- outstanding knowledge of Ms Office
